The Offshore Partners is an independent service provider to offshore wind projects, oil & gas majors, vessel operators, offshore installation contractors, investors, project and product developers, and public authorities worldwide. We provide technical and project management services for new build and conversion projects, for on- and offshore installation projects, recruitment and crewing services, as well as operational support.

We specialise in supporting new build, conversion and R&M projects of work vessels intended for installation projects at sea. We have the expertise to support installation work at sea and on land. In addition, we assist with recruitment & selection of staff, and we provide crew and operational support.

From the moment our people leave home until the moment they return, we take care of everything for them. We are available 24 hours a day. Our aim is to enable our employees to fully concentrate on their work at location, while we take care of everything from door to door.

We’ve Been Building For Over 20 years

Founded in 2005, The Offshore Partners has since built a team of loyal employees, some of whom have been with us for over a decade. Our company started with inspections and conversion projects, which quickly led to more projects and with it a growing team of different nationalities. In 2013, we started crewing and operational engineering.

We are both customer- and people-oriented, and put our core values of unburdening, teamwork, and problem-solving first. We believe that our distinctiveness lies in our focus on the human side of our work.

We ensure that our people are trained and certified for the work they will do, we arrange visas, flights, transport, accommodation, and, where necessary, the tax part.

How do you deal with problems for which there are no standard solutions?
By using creativity, experience, and relying on out-of-the-box solutions that have arisen from previous projects and consultation with colleagues. If we cannot solve the problem ourselves, we always have someone in our network who can.
How do you deal with the shortage of technical personnel?
Through our years of experience and extensive network, we always find someone who fits our client’s project. In addition, we can also help with recruitment for a permanent position when requested. We have access to a large pool of project and office staff, as well as crew.
Do you have engineers available who can assist at the office with setting up the installation method for wind farms?
Yes, at The Offshore Partners, we have a team of experienced engineers available to help you. We understand that setting up the installation method for wind farms is a complex process and that it is crucial to have a good plan before starting the installation. Our engineers work closely with you to develop a plan that meets your specific requirements and takes into account all relevant factors, such as the offshore environment, weather conditions, and available equipment and its capacities, etc.
How do you deal with the growing demand for maintenance services for wind farms?
By constantly expanding and strengthening our network in order to maintain our full service level to our clients.

Green Octopus industry alliance

The Offshore Partners is the initiator of the Green Octopus industry alliance. The consortium, comprises the Offshore Partners, KCI the Engineers, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC),Fraser Well Management and TNO . Green Octopus is an independent collaboration that is dedicated to decommissioning and re-use, with the appropriate capabilities right across the value chain.
