Function description
The QC Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of seven QC professionals (three on the day shift, three on the night shift, and one in a flexible support pool) on site, supporting a project for a vessel currently docked for maintenance.
The role involves coordinating and managing quality control activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and maintaining high-quality and safety standards. While the position is primarily supervisory, occasional hands-on involvement will be required to support the team and resolve issues as they arise.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a QC Coordinator, QC Supervisor, or similar role in offshore construction or vessel maintenance projects;
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and inspection processes;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a multicultural team;
- Availability to work on a 7-day rotational schedule (10–12 hours per day);
- EU residence or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
