About our client
Our client is a proven company in the installation, maintanance and decommisioning of windfarms.
Role overview
- Develop HSE plans for project sites;
- Prepare detailed, site-specific HSE procedures as needed;
- Create emergency plans for projects and sites;
- Conduct risk assessments (T&I operations and mobilization);
- Review installation task plans and method statements;
- Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors;
- Review contractor HSE plans and risk assessments;
- Contribute to mission equipment design;
- Develop HSE training and induction materials for site teams, including subcontractors;
- Establish an HSE KPI reporting scheme for sites;
- Provide back-office HSE support and follow-up during Transport & Installation operations;
- Perform HSE audits and inspections.
What we’re looking for
Our candidate has +10 years experience in HSE roles, preferably from the planning phase of projects and has excellent skills in the English language both written as verbal. The candidate ideally lives in Denmark but if not, we can only consider EU candidates because of the work location.
What we offer
- We offer an interesting position with one of our clients for a project with a duration between 9-12 months.
- The work will be done in the office, but flexibility for working from home can be discussed.
- Salary will be based on experience.
