Function description

As the Electrical Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all electrical engineering and installation activities for a vessel conversion project at Remontowa Shipyard in Poland. You will act as the main point of contact between the client, the yard, and subcontractors for all electrical matters. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving technical documentation, ensuring compliance with classification society rules and safety standards, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting commissioning activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Lead on newbuild or conversion vessel projects;
  • Solid knowledge of marine electrical systems, standards, and class requirements;
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and disciplines at the yard;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment;
  • Availability to work 10 hours per day, 6 days per week on site in Poland for 8–9 months starting ASAP.
